Dawn Tiura Evans, SIG’s President and Chief Executive Officer, has over 20 years leadership experience in large and small organizations, with the past 14 years focused on the sourcing and outsourcing industry. Since 1999, Dawn has been active in SIG, bringing the latest developments in sourcing and outsourcing to SIG members, as well as a trusted advisor to many of the SIG members. Prior to joining SIG, Dawn held leadership positions as CEO of Denali Group and prior to that as a partner in a CPA firm. Dawn is actively involved on a number of boards promoting civic, health and children’s issues in the Lake Tahoe Area. Dawn is a licensed CPA and has a BA from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and an MS in taxation from Golden Gate University.

Jeff Felix, Vice President of Operations, has over 15 years of experience in the sourcing and outsourcing industry. Jeff brings extensive operations, supply chain and outsourcing experience to his business operations role at SIG. His background includes assignments both in industry as well as consulting. Jeff provided consulting guidance to multiple clients in the area of outsourcing, strategic sourcing, e-procurement and relationship management. Prior to joining SIG’s leadership team, Jeff led the supplier management team that provided oversight of the IT offshore outsourcing relationships for a large aerospace and defense firm. Jeff has also held various leadership positions in local and community boards in the Seattle Area. Jeff is a CPM and has a BS from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Sarah Holliman, Vice President of Marketing, has 14 years of experience in the sourcing industry. Prior to joining SIG's leadership team, Sarah was with A.T. Kearney, leading the marketing efforts for the A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions unit. She also spent five years at A.T. Kearney consulting primarily to financial services companies on topics that ranged from strategic planning to procurement cost reduction to back-office operations. Before joining A.T. Kearney, Sarah was in business development at one of the largest commercial banks in the country. Sarah has held numerous leadership positions on non-profit boards promoting children, women, and educational issues, and has specific expertise in membership development, fundraising, and strategic development. Sarah has a BA from Furman University and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Geoff Talbot, Vice President of Business Development has 18 years of sales, marketing and business development experience. Prior to joining SIG, Geoff spent 12 years with a technical staffing services consulting company where he lead the business development, sales support and partner groups. Geoff has worked extensively with information technology, supply chain, procurement, human resources and business process executives within the financial services, retail, telecom, energy, government and software industries. Geoff’s background includes technology consulting, outsourced staffing, contingent work force, vendor management systems (VMS), on and off-shore partner supplier programs, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), supplier diversity initiatives, managed service providers and print product, services and procurement. Geoff has a BSBA in marketing from California State University – Chico.

Amanda Friedrichsen, Director of Membership, has extensive experience in marketing, PR and website development, which she acquired in large part through her ownership of a number of different businesses. In her current role, she focuses on member appreciation, retention and helping members utilize their membership to the fullest through events and resources. Amanda currently sits on the board of a community non-profit educational organization, where she has developed specific expertise in fundraising.

Brianna Gianti, Director of Membership Development, has over 8 years of experience in sales, marketing and leadership in membership service organizations. Prior to joining SIG, Brianna worked for the National Association of EHS Management (NAEM) as their Director of Membership, where she was instrumental in developing and redefining a successful sales, marketing and member services program from the ground up. Brianna is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations and was recently appointed to serve on the Marketing Council for ASAE. Brianna has studied at the London Business School, holds a BA from Susquehanna University and is currently completing coursework towards her MBA at Strayer University.

Mary

Mary Zampino, Sourcing Program Manager, has over 16 years of experience in information technology and over 12 years of experience in sourcing, particularly in electronic auctions. Prior to joining SIG, Mary worked at Enporion, where she was responsible for the analysis, configuration, execution, and award evaluation for over one thousand reverse auctions, across a diverse range of direct and indirect categories. Previously, Mary completed the total design and implementation of several sourcing software applications, including electronic bid management, settlement and vegetation management systems. Mary is committed to customer service and considers information sharing and usability the top priorities for any project or organization. In her current role, Mary will be responsible for the SIG Resource Center and other membership programs and activities. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Usability from Florida State University and has completed certifications in Health Information Technology and Requirements Gathering.

Casey Cheche, Member Program Coordinator, has worked extensively with professionals in all industries, specifically in providing best practices on negotiating government contracts. She has a project management background and has developed marketing expertise in the areas of website development, writing and editing. At SIG, Casey is focused on member communications, webinar management and special member loyalty and retention projects. Casey has a BS from the University of Phoenix.

Agi Milan, Member Services, has been assisting members with getting value from their SIG membership since the inception of the Sourcing Interests Group in 1991. Agi manages registration for SIG events, maintains member contact information and helps members and prospective members get answers to their questions. Prior to SIG, Agi worked at Key Consulting Group for eight years. Agi’s career also includes operations in the wholesale travel industry. Agi has a BA from Queens College, City University of New York.

Philip W. Arbuckle has over 20 years of experience in business conference management and is currently the President of MeetingTrack Inc.
His experience includes international experience in conjunction with federal, state and city governments, embassies and consulates through trade missions, forums, congresses, business and tourism development. He has worked in television and stage production, is a published author and holds an elected office in his home-town. He has also written speeches for a variety of business and political leaders.
He was previously the executive director for a Switzerland-based medical association providing educational conferences and exhibitions for their world-wide membership.
Mr. Arbuckle is a member of several meeting industry organizations including Meeting Planners International and Professional Conference Management Association and serves in several leadership roles.
He earned a BA and an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University and holds several industry certifications including a Masters in Travel.
